We are inviting adults and children (ages 6 and up) to participate in a Fidget Creation workshop at the DaVinci Science Center. Adults do not need to bring a child. Any child must be accompanied by a paying adult. The workshop includes admission to the DaVinci Science Center which you can access after the workshop.
This family-friendly workshop will begin the course with hands-on prototyping, working collaboratively to design and build your own movable fidget. This interactive process encourages creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. In the second part of the course, participants will be introduced to 3D printing with a focus on tactile textures. Each group will design a custom textured component in Tinkercad that will be incorporated into a 3D printed fidget they can take home. All materials are included in the program.
PAECT premium members are only $10, with free members and guests only $15. This is a significant savings over the usual $38 price tag, and includes admission for the day to the DaVinci Science Center!
